Outstanding! Best pizza and pasta, with the most amazing view! We had a great table in the sun overlooking the glacier. Perfect zermatt ski day lunch!

The meals are fresh, pizza was amazing, the restaurant has a view of majestic Matterhorn. The prices are comparable to other in Zermatt.

"The restaurant has views of the Matterhorn from the window and a small terrace outside. The decor is typically Swiss. In the evenings there is a set 5 course dinner, and everything was absolutely wonderful, even the bread and butter! We were served an Alipine herb soup which was quite wonderful, followed by fish with lentils and spinach which were exceptional for texture and flavor, followed by entrecôte of beef with sous vide potatoes and grilled vegetables, and an absolutely exceptional crepe with local apricots, crispy caramelized pumpkins seeds and pumpkin seed ice-cream for dessert. The service was friendly and excellent. Cost was 62CHF per person which seemed very reasonable given the location and the truly outstanding meal."

"This is a truly rustic restaurant in the center of Zermatt. The food is really tasty and the service is superb.We tried their spinach and racotta ravioli, their Arabiatta, their pizzas and raclett and found them to be very tasty and well presented. The waiters were efficient, friendly and attentive."

"Meant to visit this place the last time we were in Zermatt, but getting there didn’t work out (because of the weather). First challenge is finding it in Findeln. Basically, you ski down to the Enzian restaurant and walk past it on the track for 50 100 meters. The service we received from a Liverpudlian waitress was wonderful and the way she ‘kicked us out’ after the allotted 1 1/2 hour slot was inspirational. But the food is excellent, although in common with the other ‘gourmet’ places in Findeln, is quite pricey. However, the place is a sun trap, with stunning mountain (Matterhorn) views. Highly recommended. The reason I made a point of wanting to visit was that it is owned and formerly run by a ski school instructor I had back in the 1990s."
