We have been to Zihuatanejo many times and we were always curious about this place when we would go by on the bus because of its name. We are originally from Michigan in the U.S. This year we finally tried it out and what wonderful fresh, and I do mean fresh fish and seafood. "We went to Maderas for both lunch and breakfast. Armando was our waiter and recognized us on our last day there for breakfast. The tempura breaded fish tacos were amazing along with the guacamole we had on the side. For breakfast I had the Zihua egg special, Aporreadillo, was to die for! Really incredibly tasty. I highly recommend Maderas for excellent food, drinks and service. See you next year!"
