I hate to start my work with something like that, but I just have to say that I have only been able to enjoy such a delicious meal a few times in my entire life as a professional food critic. Just perfect. The ambience, the people, the food, the smell, everything was just right. I would recommend everyone to experience this culinary journey. Ps: Super fair prices for the quality View all feedback.
What Lukas Mehrzweig doesn't like about Der Gruene Libanon:
Ordered a shwarma. Pickle: you only get 2, Tomatoe: you onky get one, Cabbage: load it up (cheap ingredient), meat: very little. I used to come here often but im done. They cheapen the servigs View all feedback.
Do not visit them. I'm a tourist, and I came here because most of their comments on Google were positive, and the prices on the menu were reasonable. But it turns out everything here was horrible. They asked me to pay 20€ but the food I ordered was only 12€ on the menu. I came here because of the reasonable price. Their dishonest behaviors totally disappointed me. The food was disgusting. The restaurant was dirty, it's okay to have insects in a restaurant but they ignored them even they landed on the food!
Very authentic and really good Mediterranean taste. Too bad they have to close earlier than most restaurants around Zurich
Freshly made tasty food with different selections available. Halal

It used to be a really good store, but it's gone extremely bad. The gentlemen behind the counter are not the friendliest. Shawarma meat (from the rotisserie) is now mixed with the chicken that has been seared on the plate. The whole thing is kept in a container until it is completely dry and ready to serve. There are definitely better Lebanese places like Le Cedre, Hallo Beirut etc.
