We loved the concept of a store selling day old bakery products, to minimise food wastage. Ass-Bar was easy to locate in the narrow streets of Zurich Old Town, we arrived mid-afternoon to discover half-filled cabinets of what appeared to be delicious tarts and slices, we purchased two to take-away, a custard almond tart and a raspberry vanilla slice.
