"Me and my boyfriend visited Marktküche and believe this was the best (vegan dinner we have ever had. The whole experience was outstanding from beginning to the end. The food was extraordinarily tasty and we experienced surprising tastes and sensations in every course. Our whole experience started with the herb butter, which my boyfriend doubted to be vegan (this is how good it was! . We ordered the 6-course menu and believe this was perfect in terms of quantity and experience. We wouldn't go for less courses because the experience is simply too amazing and each additional dish made us incrementally happy. We also had the wine pairing which was perfectly matched to our dishes. Because we are both vegan, it was especially nice to experience a surprise tasting that usually lives from slow-cooked high-quality meat and fish creations. In my opinion, this was even better than any surprise tasting I had before I turned vegan. On a side note, the restaurant is located at the corner of a street and life was busy around us (bikes, people walking , yet, not loud or annoying to the experience. In fact, we especially loved this location and coziness/ relaxed atmosphere it brought us. Similarly, the whole team was extremely friendly and open for a chat. We really enjoyed this uncomplicated, homely atmosphere of such a fancy place, while still following the restaurant etiquette but adjusting to the guests needs. This is a really unique place. This is for all foodies, regardless of their diet!! We will definitely come back when we visit Zurich the next time."

"I tried the Pho here and what I got served I cannot describe as Pho. I got a bowl of noodles (that seemed more like spaghetti) in hot water (not sure even any flavouring was added) with 5 pieces of beef and side of some leaves and beansprouts. I ate the few pieces of beef and beansprouts and after eating some of the noodles, I was thinking Why am I eating a bowl of plain pasta? so I left it and went to eat somewhere else. I don 't think I will ever be coming back here."

"My husband and had dinner here after seeing a story about the restaurant on television in the United States. While almost all the diners were eating outside, we elected to have our meal inside to get out of the unseasonably warm weather. The first floor dining room was nicely air conditioned and was very elegant with perfectly set tables atop white linens and beautiful stained glass windows. We both ordered the sliced veal with rosti (without liver upon request.) Amazing dish. Tender veal, perfectly cooked rosti and a rich, complex and savory sauce. The starters are on the pricey side, but I thought that the price for this main dish was actually a good value given the relative food prices in Zurich as well as the portion provided and excellent taste. At one point the Host, Mr. Sepp Wimmer, stopped by our table and gave us a warm welcome. (Recognized him from pictures on the internet about the restaurant.) Wonderful dinner."

"I'm Italian and since I live in Zürich this is the best place to feel me home. Pizza is simply great, they have a lot of choice and every time I spend 10 minutes deciding which one order. Also desserts are delicious, both homemade tiramisù and ice cream. As the Italian manner impose, Limoncello at the end never miss. Giovanni and Rosa are always smiling and ready to help you.A suggestion, it's better reserve a table, it's always full especially during the weekend."
