"They often went to this place of Boynton Beach. I came tired looking for their Spanish style, delicious chicken, black beans rice. To my shame, I only found a worker who took orders. I thought certainly if managers see (order) line working with a cashier alone, would be sent a worker. No, even if it was the hour."

"For year I gave Pollo Tropical 5 stars, but today I changed my opinion. Yesterday we asked for a carry out. The lid of the black beans container wasn´t correctly closed, so we losed half of the beans. The Crispy Chicken was burned. Wonder if they only had one kind of sauces, because we asked that´s what we got. I´ll be back maybe next year to see if they improved the service. I´m sorry."

"My wife and I drove over from Summerville for an early dinner this afternoon. She had the 20 shrimp special and I had the sausage and shrimp with red rice. They were served very quickly and were very good. The server was excellent and tended to us to keep our drinks refreshed and to see if we needed anything. If possible I would give 10 stars for this restaurant. The fried shrimp my wife had were the best she has had since we moved here 8 years ago from Florida. We will recommend this restaurant to anybody that wants a great meal without having to float a loan to have seafood."
