"Had a late lunch / early dinner at 7/30/22. The food was very good, the ambience was also very nice. Upscale casual. Service was excellent. Our server was Lily and she was a pleasure. Will definitely call her table when we return. The manager also looked at us to see how we did. Very friendly staff. Will be back soon."

"I get Hot Chocolate frequently at Dunkin Donuts and this was the second time I actually saw it made at this facility on Crisman in Portage, IN. It was made with water and it taste horrible because it taste like water more than chocolate. I’ll never go there again and if you want Hot Chocolate, go to the one on Hwy 6 in Hobart or on Ripley in Lake Station."
