You have a girl who might as well not even had a hair net on 90% of her hair was out of the hair net and falling over her shoulders anyways, and no she wasn't just answering phones.When I asked her the point she just laughed and walked away."

"Years ago, when this neighbourhood pizza place opened up, it was fantastic: Consistently excellent crust, quality toppings and excellent service; and the wings were very good. We have ordered from them at least 30-40 times over the years. I'm sad to say, however, things have not been so great over the last 2-3 years. The crust is not consistently good, i.e. burnt to a crisp or otherwise much too soggy. The quality or brand of cheese they use is certainly sub-par; another aspect that has literally gone down the tube, so to speak. The service is still very good and for that we have always been grateful. This pizza, in my practiced opinion, is not authentically Italian by any means (as they advertise). I realize things have been difficult during this pandemic, however, the quality of their toppings, their pizza-pie curst, the buffalo style chicken wings, etc. were going downhill long before December 2019. I do like to support local businesses and have always been cordially vocal with the staff when something about our order was significantly off, but, they just keep messing up each and every time, forcing me and my family to try another small pizza place. Sad to say, but, this is what happens when a small business, initially with good quality control, exapnds ...... the product suffers."

"My husband and I went here for Valentines Dinner. It was a set meal, with choices in each course. The food choices were well thought out and had items you'd expect for a special meal. I enjoyed the grilled caesar salad, shrimp and lobster bisque, and a main entree of salmon and tiger prawns. My husband's choices were nearly identical to mine and he highly enjoyed this meal, too. By the time we had eaten the dessert and sipped a cup of tea, we both agreed that there was no room for even a mint! We tend to go to Larters for special occasions and enjoy the dining room, the service and the food each time."

"I have been going to J Monks for years and years. I would stop in twice weekly for their potato salad. It got to the point I didnt even have to order. The owners would see me come in and hold up small container I would nod yes and bam done. I moved across town and stop by when in the area."
