"Our lunch in cafe 3692 was one of the best meals I had in the Swiss. it is about fifteen minutes to walk from the main bar up, but the reward is a wonderful location with an amazing view, and rest and rest! the cafe...es itself is very stylish in Swiss style, and there is a choice of eating inside or outside. the food itself was excellent. the salat was not only a simple salad of interesting ingredients and wonderful taste. the main course, a beef-casrole, was also good together with beautiful vegetables and again really nice."

"Only stopped by here for a quick beer during a hike, but would recommend it. A family-run place with wonderfully friendly service and a beautiful location. Sat out on the terrace and soaked up the sun and the spectacular views. Thank you for making us feel very welcome!"

"We ate here twice for lunch between activities around Grindelwald/Eiger and could no longer be satisfied. we had a sandwich and veggie burger one day that were much better than expected (see the veggie burger was fantastic). then we had two bowls of the potato soup for a lighter late lunch and was also good. prices also very fair."

"The waiter was extremely rude I asked him what’s the cooking time for the salad, and he said he doesn’t speak English. He then said something in his language, but I though I heard 2-3 minutes, so I asked that. He told me they are a restaurant, not McDonald’s, and he laughed in a way that made me felt so uncomfortable and disrespected. He then talked again in his language and I heard something similar to 10 minutes, so I asked again. He replied that he’s not the chef and he doesn’t know. I then told him that I can’t take the risk to wait for it because I have a train to catch. He then said something that ended with chinois. This dude is literally a racist and he acted like I owed him millions of dollars Service: 1"
