"Went there for lunch. I was the only customer. I ordered grilled fish and soda water. First came lemon soda and then a very small fish for 300 Rs with a small portion of fries. I was still hungry at the end.I sat at the rooftop corner to enjoy the views and the waiter came and started to chat. I made him clear I was in no mood for smalltalk and just wanted to be alone but he stayed in front of me for the whole meal.And the only active mosquito I ever saw at noon was in that place.There are numerous better places in town, especially near the bank."

"I came to the cinema with friends to just hang around and talk. we met with others from our guest house and had a great time. they do a happy hour with buying 3 bier get a free and free cigarettes when that fits them. raj, the captain, is a very nice man and a damn good cook. I just wish he has actually shown films! great eating to great praise, a beautiful environment and friendly people."

They will also pack your food to carry to your hotel room and have...it. The rating of 4, instead of a 5, is because of the over-salty Butter-Garlic Crab they served for dinner on our first night at Mahabalipuram."
