"The only reason I'm giving them a two because our waiter was wonderful. The food was not good . My salad was disgusting. It tasted like vomit covered lettuce. Harsh, but I couldn't eat it. The pasta with pfefferlinge was edible but was flavorless. I guess I would've given there tomato basil soup a three. Overall, just extremely disappointed."

"In October my wife and I considered that we had found yet another excellent Restaurant in this delightful town of Saarburg . After a morning's drive from Aachen we decided to eat there once again with the idea of certainly enjoying a schnitzel of...excellence as we had been accustomed to do on several occasions months previously. When served we were surprised that the quantity served and the quality had detiorated. The meal consisted of a schnitzel and a poor side salad of which just lettuce and tomato including olive oil were requested. For personal reasons this was the request but on tasting it was found to be olive oil and vinegar added. The Schnitzel with no more than tablespoons of Mushroom Sauce and French Fries were quite unappetizing.It appeared that there may have been a different chef this year. A meal of course is only as good as the chef is capable of producing. Neither my wife nor I considered that we had experienced good value for money comparing meals served at other restaurants in Saarburg. Most Restaurants charge about the same prices to their customers. Another thing which we also we considered rather inapropriate was that the owner was engrossed in Paper Work within the site of guests sitting at a table within the eating area of the restaurant.Needless to say we will not be returning there again."

"Je kunt hier fijn buiten zitten aan de waterval. De porties, ook van het drinken, zijn groot. Mijn visgerecht bestond bijvoorbeeld uit 4(!) flinke filets en smaakte prima met een glas lokale wijn. Nou ja, glas dat bestelde ik.... Ik kreeg een karafje waar ik 2 glazen uit kon halen. Het restaurant binnen was meer een pizzaria. Je kan er, naast de Duitse klassiekers, ook pasta en pizza krijgen. Prijs/kwaliteit was goed, zeker voor zo'n toeristische lijstje."

Vom Parkplatz aus sind es nur ein paar Meter bergauf bis zu Burg und den Restaurant Landhausküche. Die Einrichtung ist sehr Geschmackvoll gestaltet und die Terrasse ist eine Wucht. Die Speisekarte bietet bodenständige Gerichte teils modern präsentiert zu normalen Preisen."
