"Great meal with the family this evening, the waitress was awesome and very attentive to our order and helped us decide what to get our little one! Not to mention (little did we know) that kids eat free every night which made it even better! Oh and they have the most bomb dinner rolls ever!! That’s by far my favorite thing about O’Charleys!!! We ended up leaving a 15 dollar tip and nice note to the waitress for all her hard work! Definitely would recommend to any families in the area!"

"The first time my steak came out over cooked deserve her immediately notice when I showed her. They remade it my other two guys have not been halfway through the mail by the time the second one came out, and the manager asked me to cut into the second one and I did and he and I saw it was completely undercooked. Potatoes but burnt and dry with a completely unpleasant taste. This saddens me because I’ve heard so many great things about Flemings. I was excited to try it and my experience was ruined. The worse dine-in experience at a fine dining establishment I’ve ever had. I put 100% of my bad experience on the kitchen. The manager was great the server was okay. They gave me the opportunity to return, the Chef (who was also the manager that helped me in the last situation) was behind the scene making sure everything went perfect and even visited the table. The steak were cooked properly, there was no over cooked/dry shareable sides like the last time. Both the steaks were seasoned perfectly! The sides were hot, fresh and tasty. I’d recommended Thai restaurant to anyone it seems I caught them on a bad night. Thank you Rob for turning it around!"

"Unfortunately we had an unhappy experience with Scott as our waiter the other night I realize everyone has an off day but Scott’s off day was inexcusable. Went as far as him slinging our menus down as he walked away. So unhappy, we requested another server. I get the difficulty being in the service industry during these times. However, every day is a choice one gets to make wheather it will be good or bad. By the way there were only 3 tables of guest"

"The blueberry muffin was warm and soft. My mouth was watering for more. The fried chicken biscuit was seasoned well and fluffy. The grilled chicken muffin was ok, next time I would order something different. The strawberry lemonade could have had more strawberry flavor. The only thing they missed was providing us with a knife. I would order from here again."

"No Lids!!!! How to run a business and do not have the material to operate. 5/28 went to buy smoothies and received 2 children size cups equal to a regular size smoothie. Who thought about this idea? It was absolutely ridiculous. The smooth one was too loose and sweet. Both ended up in the garbage. Terrible!!!"

"Although I was disappointed in the Eggs Benedict, Grits, and the Hash Brown Potatoes; I enjoyed the Ambiance, the Wine, and the Coffee exceptional ! The Eggs Benedict tasted too sweet and not enough Hollandaise Sauce, the Grits were stiff I sent then back , and the Hash Brown Potatoes were more of a roasted medley mixture ? , instead of what one would expect of Hash Browns . Having dined throughout the country, I have had better , and I have had worse . Maybe I expected too much? I fondly remember the Undercurrent back in the 80 's/90 's when it was located on S. Elm. It had a stellar reputation. I will come back and experience Lunch/Dinner. I enjoy dining downtown occasionally and I liked the atmosphere, including the friendliness of the staff :"
