"I called in my order. went to pick it up, waited in my car for food to be ready...a customer returned with a bag of food, went inside and came right back out. the waitress then came out with my food(curbside). i asked her if it was the same bag of food that the customer had brought back... waitress said yeah I told her you're going to give me the same food that someone took home and brought back when a virus is going on it's disgusting. She continued by saying she didn't think that the customer had touched it. I asked for new food and she gave me attitude. I went inside to make sure my food was being cooked in a different waiter told me that yes my food was being in freshly cooked they brought it out. This may be the last time I eat at OPA it is sad because the food is delicious"

"Don?t be fooled this is just Dickies trying to make burgers and they?re terrible. Not only do they look nothing like the pictures, they are disgustingly greasy. My burger was not only incorrectly made but the plastic on the interior of the foil was melted onto the cheese of my burger and I had to painstakingly pick it all off. The inside of the bag that all the food came in was absolutely coated in grease somehow. The fries were bad too. I might as well have ordered a giant hash brown the way they were smashed together in a soggy mess. If you want a burger, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else that makes something that even resembles a burger."

"Service was amazing that the best part was. eating was not a spice or taste. read a commentary about the not so delicious chips and salsa and the smell of the ortes. both were sadly true. with a little more work this could be a great place. I do not recommend it now. quite expensive for quality."

"I went here today as a dasher and they were so rude. They acted as though I wasn’t door dashing and was trying to get the food. I showed the guy at the front my door dash app so he could see the name of the person to pick up and he threw the food on the counter. Not a good experience at all."

"The menu was simple and there are two different sizes. I ordered the pho with brisket and steak. It was really good. I do not like that the cilantro and green onion is already in the bowl and not on the side like the other garnishes. I ordered a pineapple green tea with strawberry boba and it was really good. I actually ordered a second. The stuff was nice and serve was good. I would return and tell other about this spot."
