"The #3 Pastrami on sourdough is hands down the best pastrami sandwich I've had! The sourdough is fresh baked, warm, toasted to a tender crunch and the pastrami is tender with just the right amount of bark on the edge to add to the crunch. Dressed with the melted jack cheese, mustard, onions and pickles it is simply perfection! Delicious enough to have two days in a row!!! And the Southwest Chicken Salad is fresh, crispy-crunchy, light and refreshing. West Coast Sourdough never disappoints; delicious eats!"

"Food is delicious. Their tri-tip sandwich is so filling. I usually have to split it into 2 munching sessions. They use Sweet Baby Ray's sauce I think. The chicken was also juicy and flavorful (the one time I tried it). I always get their hot link sandwich as well. Since I don't have a grill or smoker at home, I can just get my BBQ fix here and that's perfectly fine!"

"The new Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Visalia is a welcome site. I am a native Texan moved to California and I miss authentic Texas BBQ. Well, Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Visalia just opened and I happen across it. What a wonderful place! Everything is wonderful, authentic and hickory smoked. Yum! You are warmly greeted as you take in the hickory smoke aroma. The brisket is tender and moist, the pulled pork is fantastic, same with the turkey, sausage and chicken. The sides are all fresh. Buying meat buy the pound is a bargain and my favorite. Enjoy some wonderful authentic BBQ at Dickey's. You will be back. Yee- Haa !"
