"The personal screamed at me in mandarin when I made the pictures of her menu. when I reacted with English, he switched off. the mall admin office reported and they said that restaurant has the right to prohibit people from it. to take pictures on their unit but they cannot scream to customers. I did not know that this can be kept as secrets nowadays if there are other U-grills in the city. Guess they still don't understand that social restaurants need to promote their business. while other restaurants customers welcome to make photos, I was very surprised that a food dish would be crazy. they should put up a big sign that human images are not allowed. you eat is too expensive. it is weight. very small nude came with what you choose. go to other Chinese restaurants as there are many close by. no ursache."

"I have not been to this restaurant for quite some time and revisited for lunch as the food was usually good. I noticed right away the waitresses have changed. I ordered a noodle dish and beef stew noodle soup. When the dishes arrived, it was...not what I expected. I wanted the crispy noodle dish and I didn't want wonton in my noodle soup. Perhaps, I should have been more clear when I ordered the dishes (or the waitress should have taken the extra step to ask.... I accepted the dishes and did not make a fuss as I was limited on time. When it came time to pay the bill, I decided to not make the standard tip but less. When the waitress looked at the tip, she muttered that a tip should be WHAT?! When is it a requirement to tip She is lucky I even give her anything......definitely need some training in customer service. Rather than making such a rude remark, she could have asked me if there was anything wrong? It would have been a better experience for an already unsatisfied customer. I will never return to Mr. Ho Restaurant again."

"Service was great I had the beef chow mein, chicken wings, and spring rolls.The herbs and ginger/onion were really fresh, it tasted like home made cooking! I’m a huge Asian foodie and I’d order from here again.I do think the prices are very affordable for the huge portions."

"The restraint is not very fancy, very plain in fact but what they lack in décor they make up for in flavor. This has got to be the very best Chinese food I have ever tasted. I travel a lot throughout Canada, the USA and Asia and the food in this place is as good as it gets anywhere I have been. Pricing is reasonable, the staff is friendly, kind of like mom and grumpy pop friendly. Next time I'm in Burnaby, I'm bringing some business friends to this place. It is well worth the drive down East Hastings to check out."

"Just ok now. Went there for lunch and a little disappointing. We usually order the smoky tea duck. Used to be quite lean and crispy but less so now. Xiao long bao ok. Would not recommend smoked fish appetizer which is quite bony and served...cold. Pancake was crispy with meat filling. Peanut sesame Mochi was ok but peanuts could be chopped finer and more sesame filling"

"Food is expensive and not fresh. Pretty sure they leave it out for a few days and heat it back up. I got mad stomach ache after eating here. They're also cheap as hell. They gave me half a portion of rice, which is usually the least expensive ingredient lmfao. Probably one of the worst places when it comes to Chinese fast food. Do not recommend."
