"They must have been short staffed as our hostess was also clearing tables. When she came back to seat us she walked right by us and started to seat a couple that arrived after us. We happily ended up with a good waitress and the rest of our meal was good."

"Giving these guys 5 stars. In my prior times going in the place was dirty, musty and would make a dive bar seem upscale. It seemed a lot cleaner and less smokier this time. Went with the boneless wings which were solid. The lemon pepper could use a bit more flavor, but the meal overall was high quality chicken."

"The waitress was super friendly and fast on the refills, but the food seemed like warmed frozen food and the atmosphere was like a nursing home dining room. Very disappointed. It was inexpensive though, so remember, you get what you pay for in most cases!"

"The place was busy, even late. Very clean. The service was fantastic. Our server was friendly and helped us get our meal very quickly. Their salad bar was well-stocked and very fresh. We took a strawberry cheesecake slice to go....it almost didn't make it home; it looked so good! It tasted even better than it looked!"

"The best food I have ever eaten in my life. Flavor profiles were amazing and unexpectedly good. I wish i could afford to eat here more often. If you have the chance get a reservation usually a couple weeks in advance and try it out."

"I ordered takeout from this location yesterday. When i got back to my car i realized the fries were look warm and old. I called back inside and told the woman who had taken my order that the fries were warm and that I wanted a replacement of hotfries. She went on to try and figure out why the fries were warm. Really, I could care less, figure that out later. She alsoasked me to bring the old, warm fries back. This store must really be hurting if a patron has to go through a 2 stepverification to get fries replaced. I paid 16.75 for a cheeseburger and fries, expecting to have good, hot foot.So many times ihave not taken warm/ cold food back, but I am past tired of wasting my money."

"Very disappointed in the service at this location. We have had bad experiences multiple times and decided to give them one more chance to make it right. I am lactose intolerant and despite asking for no cheese, they put cheese on there anyway. Multiple items in our meal were incorrect. They deleted one of the meals we ordered so we had to wait for it to be prepared. They didn't rush the order. We waited a long time again. We told them and wrote down the order. They repeated it back and still got it wrong. We tried to speak to them and all then did was say sorry but made zero effort to make it right. In addition, one restroom was broken. The second restroom had no soap, no paper towels and the hand dryer is broken. I even went to the restroom after an employee and she didn't fix it. We gave them opportunity to make it right and told them we had bad experiences in the past and they still did nothing and got it all wrong. Unfortunately, we can not recommend this McAlister's Deli."

"Fifth and probably last visit which is a shame since it is beautiful inside and has a lot of potential with the right management. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. However, they were very short staffed and inadequately prepared for the private party they had and serving the main dining room which was mostly empty except for our party. Almost as if they were surprised to have diners. Our table wasn't set up even though we showed up on time. They ran out of different beers that were supposed to be on tap. The fish sandwiches were served on squished hamburger buns. Finally a man arrived that acted like management, but was badly dressed (as if he just stopped doing house work dirty and unkempt) and didn't seem to care about how we were doing. The server was nice and very apologetic for the poor service I was really disappointed on this last visit and bummed as I was really hoping for this place to be successful"
