"The $20 lunch special includes a glass of wine/beer/soft drink of your choice as well as a select menu of popular dishes. I had the grilled fish and salad and my friend had the ploughman's plate. The fish fillet was cooked well and good quality, salad was perfect size for lunch. Ploughman's plate was a bit disappointing as the ham and cheese were not great quality. Service was really good, thanks Charlie for taking good care of us."

"So expensive, $23 for eggs benedict $30 for a chicken ceaser, with no table service. Get your own water cutlery. Girl that served me when I ordered at the counter was nice, but for these prices they need table service and more effort from the kitchen on the food and presentation. View is really nice. Coffee was good."

"We were staying at the Mandurah Motel and Apartments so decided to go to the "Inhouse" restaurant Sunbreakers for dinner. The staff provided excellent service it what were comfortable and roomy surroundings. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals."

"Every time when in Mandurah I have to eat here. The best food, the best flavours and the best company. I had to have my pancake fix today, my husband had the taco bowl and everything as usual was awesome. The serving sizes are more than generous and the staff are super helpful and friendly. My only complaint is they don't seem to want to open a franchise in Sydney. We are back tomorrow and every day till we leave. I have converted my meat eating husband ."

"The staff is super friendly and fast to use. there were several tables that were already sitting and eating when I arrived from all age groups that were nice to see on a Monday morning I sat and had a coffee on my table before I could blink. the coffee was light and smooth. if they like strong coffee like me, as definitiw order the extra shot. but it was hot and creamy. beat them the place I chose breakfast bruschetta on a whim i uad a request for mushrooms. it was delicious. a little on the acid side with the onion cahutney and tomato. but it was warm, hearty and fills as they want every winter breakfast. if it was a warmer day, I might have replaced the mushroom for avocado...read more"
