"Neither servers were efficient. The one server had no idea the restaurant even took reservations... our drinks were wrong. No lid on a kids cup, which she bite off the styrofoam... but the table next to us had plastic cups with lids. No condiments were offered with the food that came out just warm. My husbands burger had no chipotle mayo, mine had no BBQ. And we had to ask for condiments and ketchup for our cold fries. Never again"

"My man and I were for a birthday brunch for me. the food was delicious, the seafood paella arancini were crispy on the outside and very tasteful on the inside. the crabcake eier benedict were delicious with perfect posing eggs. the orangenmimosa and the house stamp were great drinks to supplement the food, and because it was my birthday, I had to splurge and try to desert the supernowa, which was very anxious and a perfect end for our brunch. However, there were some mises regarding our service, although our server was very nice and helpful we liked them, I must mention that we don't get plates with our appetizers, so we had to leave what seemed a manager know, we didn't get spoons with our dessert, we were not asked if we were drinking or water replenishing and then at the end we couldn't sign bill. Our server seemed to be rushed during our meal, which also felt hastily, I know that was not their intention, but nevertheless it is how we felt. they are small details, but they have taken away from the overall experience."

"You can never go wrong having a meal at the cracker barrel. I had a sirloin steak with pinto beans mashed potatoes and fried apples. Delicious. But what made our experience over the top was our waitress Erica. She was fantastic. Very pleasant very friendly and took great care of us. She's a credit to the restaurant. ."
