"Used to be really good, but now they're just rude whenever you call, if they answer. They've definitely taken a steep decline since changing ownership/management. How did I order something last week, that's a standard menu item that I have been ordering for years, to now be treated like I'm speaking another language? The guy now acted like I was asking for a wedding cake, flabbergasted that I would order a pizza that they have on the menu. This was all after I had called and had to listen to an incredibly rude conversation about how they couldn't hear me. Big hint guys: if you can't hear me, it doesn't mean that I can't hear you! They have good food when they feel like opening but it's not worth it for the service, especially when there are other spots nearby. It's a shame to see a formerly good place go downhill so quickly."

"Have been coming here for years. I ran in and got a slice to go, and off I went. Got back to work to find out the slice was so burnt I could not eat it and through it in the garbage........ Point being you should have thrown it away and deal with the 50 cent loss and make me another. But you chose to take my money and send me out the door to never return again. Bad business practice"
