"We had been regulars to this cafe. The last few times we started to collect stamps on loyalty cards for the coffee we bought. Today we went back again for our coffee and asked if they could consolidate our stamps into one card from 2...cards. The female staff member refused to do so for the stated reason that she didn’t want to waste a card. I understood the point but asked her to reconsider on the basis of our being regular customers. Despite that the staff member still refused our simple request, indicating she doesn’t mind if she loses our custom over a simple card. What sort of approach to running a business is that! Anyway it’s their loss as there are thousands of other cafes out there."

"We where in the area to furniture shop and stopped into lions at springwood for some lunch. my family and i were pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. as soon as we walked in there was a friendly greeting. Maree was great. then we walked down to restaurant another friendly face. we ordered 4 meals and all 4 meals were hot and delicious. prices where not too bad as well. its very rare we see a friendly bar person and he was the so nice and very knowledgeable. this club may not look like the best club in Brisbane but they certainly excel in all other areas. i highly recommend a visit."

"This new Japanese restaurant ticks all the boxes. The decor is wonderful, the staff are excellent and all Japanese. You are greeted in Japanese. The food is so fresh and beautifully presented and so well priced. We had a wonderful meal 4 of us for under $100.00 incredible and so much food. Absolutely delicious. As you leave the restaurant all of the staff say farewell in Japanese it is such a wonderful touch."

"The service at this Grill'd was great - staff were friendly and efficiently serving. I ordered the 'black with the lot' burger which is a chicken schnitzel burger where the crumb has activated charcoal in it. The sweet chilli mayo was delicious and complemented the chicken perfectly! It was quite hard to eat as the burger was so large and the chicken kept crumbling but it was very tasty!"
