"Having heard alot of good reviews from our french friends we thought we must check this new restaurant out. We were very pleased we did.Its unusual these days to go out for a meal where everything tastes delicious and the whole experience is memorable.Hats off to La Poulpette as they've really got it right.There are two choices from each course or you can take the set menu at 26€ and they surprise you with their choice, i loved that!Every dish was seasonal, well balanced and creative yet not fussy. Excellent home cooking.Good sellection of wines and very good knowledgeable service.Cant wait to go again. A lovely fresh change for CognacWell done!"

"I went for the first time a few days ago to taste this "rapid" restaurant that had been advised by several friends. I find it relatively disappointed for several reasons:- soft bread even if it is grilled-. ingredients in choice but not in quality. waitresses not smiling-- drunk but quickly digested-- In this kind of restaurant, go to macdo, at least it's drunk but good and with products of better quality whatever you say!I usually go either to mid caline, or to the food bar, and much nothing to see.In these two I quote, there's true bread, less choice of ingredients but they're much better quality.Bilan!"

"Reservation on 18 for 19. on arrival no reserved table following mistake of the restaurant that has programmed for the 20! without any ampness a manager is looking to check the problem instead of placing us at the table, doubting our remarks, the whole staff with a rather unpleasant attitude towards us. Then, checks made, are finally placed in disaster at 5 on 2 small tables of 2 and without shelters while the weather threatens (at the end of meals a few drops of rain came to greet us)! The table is only half up and you have to claim what is missing! no excuse from the boss as he should be commercially (his resto was full and I think our humble presence was only disturbing, unlike a tiny group of Asians who was greeted with great respects by this boss and several servers.) our waitress, beginner, did not show any motivation (I think she is there more to earn her money than to work). It doesn’t make a difference between a salt cap and a pepper bowl: station to you by wanting to pepper.! to salt muscle as seen the amount of rice in the salt salt has a lot of difficulty getting out by the only hole of the cap....(which in fact is the cork of the pepper.) for a restaurant of this level, I deplore frozen products such as green beans and frizzes! However, in the course of meals, a very professional server has taken care of us, helping to minimize our disappointment by its pleasant humor and its jovial nature. We were offered wine and coffee in a commercial gesture."

"We visited L'Arty Show for lunch between Cognac tasting. What a find, very close to the city's inner market. We had not booked and were lucky to get the last unbooked table. The menu was set and the main course of a duck stone with...pasta was one of the most delicious dishes I had. If you are looking for something that bites, but do not endanger the restlessness for locally produced products and creations, this is the place for you."
