"Black cock has always been a favorite of us when we come from Canada. our food was good, but when I had a burger, the waitress naturally brought condiments. I should know better that I mayo on my burger, even after I realized that the bottle was room temperature and after we were finished, the waitress that mayo returned to the regal. mayonnaise always has to be cooled! I had a very upset one that is not cool. not happy"

"An enjoyable evening with a fantastic waiter and good food. I ordered the pan fried trout. I would not recommend this dish as this technique left it dry to my my taste. However, when I mentioned this the waiter he directed me to the lamb and brought me a plate in minutes. Perfectly done and beautifully plated. Thanks Fred. While I did not have the elk, two in our party did. They said it was a bit gamey but a unique flavor."

"Very delicious. Big perpetrator. Crispy and not too oily! My brother ordered the French bathroom with Elch Chili. Nothing special about the Elch Chili. A little too salty for me. But the French diving sandwich was great. Light, tasteful. Bread is airy and crispy. Superb!"

"My husband and I celebrated a special occasion at Pug Ryan's last night, and the service and our meals were excellent!! The ribs on the combo plate were so tender and tasty. The pulled pork was the best I've ever had. Must be the Dunkel beer! My husband loved the Flat Iron Steak, which was cooked perfectly. Kristen, our waitress, was friendly and attentive despite the busy crowd. I wish I remembered the name of the hostess to give her a shout-out. She was friendly and charming.Janet Priestley"

"Although there are many options, steak is the way to go at Blacktail Station. I had the ribeye and my guy had the NY strip. Both were cooked perfectly and were seasoned to perfection! This is now our go-to in the vicinity when we aren’t in the mood to cook steak at home."
