"Tl;dr We left the place starved after nearly 2 hours. On a saturday evening we went there to eat some pasta. We sat outside and initially only two other tables (outside) were taken. Soon the waitress took our order and we got our drinks instantaneously. But then for stunning 1:30 h nothing happened! The waitress didn't look a single time after us; no question if we are fine; no kind excuse for the waiting time. Not to mention, that after 1:30 h we were pretty starved and at least some baguette would have been appreciated. Obviously, we felt like we have been forgotten and totally ignored. Kindly we intercepted the waitress and asked, how long it would still take. She said that she needs to ask the kitchen. After about 5 minutes later she replied, that it would take another 10 to 15 minutes. Okay, 20 minutes should be suffice to make some pasta. Now we felt confirmed, that they simply had forgotten us at all. What really ground our gears was to not getting any polite excuse (and baguette). After nearly 2 hours we left the place severely starved, to get some food."

"War zweimal dort Essen und zweimal enttäuscht. Die Bedienung war der Deutschen Sprache nicht besonders mächtig, konnte halt die Bestellung aufnehmen - mehr aber nicht. Bitte nicht nach einer Empfehlung des Hauses fragen - die gibt es scheinbar nicht oder man wollte mich nicht verstehen. Der Service ist in der Summe bemüht, mehr aber nicht. Das Essen ist in der Summe nicht mehr als gehobene FastFood-Gastronomie nett angerichtet. Geschmacklich nix besonderes, dafür aber überteuert."

"Reserved online, restaurant was occupied until the last place! Staff friendly, flott and friendly, waiter has laid us on reserved table! Tables very tastefully covered, food very delicious!! We liked again very well and well done"

"It wasn't too late in the evening to go out for dinner, at least for Italians (9.20 pm): in the neighbourhood of Bachhaus it was the only place that welcomed us, although basically only for a pizza, as the kitchen was clearing up. Grappa (nothern...liqueur) sounds an odd name for Neapolitans that own or run the place...Anyway we spoke Italian and eat good stuff. I don't know about the rest of the menu. All in all, the place is kinda typical Italian (sort of) and you should eat quite well."
