"Grand Lux is slowing going down in standards. Yesterday we had lunch there. My wife had a burger, I had the caramel chicken. Kids had chicken paramegano and Glazed salmon. Well..fist problem, when the check came I noticed that the chicken parmasan was charged at the dinner price which we asked for the lunch special. I pointed it out to the waitress, she went back the office and she said that they could not change it!!! I mean talk about bad customer service! It get worse, my wife not 15 minutes later had to make a mad dash to the bathrooms from a very upset stomach! Ok so the extra money i paid for the dinner portion was not a big deal, but they didn't even try to accommodate me. I think Grand Lux is X'ed off my list!"

"Dining Deals customers beware!! We purchased a Sun Sentinel dining deals 1/2 off certificate in March on the recommendation of a friend, only to find tonight two months later that Emilio 's is no longer honoring the certificates because of a dispute . They had the audacity to offer us $20 off if we spent $50! No more good money after bad! Good business is you honor your customer commitments and don 't pass on your disputes to the consumer. Shame on you!"
