"The blonde who gave us our order was very rude and had an attitude. When we told her our order wasn't right and asked her to please fix it by putting the extra flavoring in we asked for she said no we can't I would need to dump that one out and make youa new one and you would have to pay for another coffee. I said that's ridiculous we have never had that before she said wellthis is a different franchise and rolled her eyes. Completely rude!!! I already paid for what I asked for and should havegotten it but the service was refused without paying again."

"I honestly don?t think I?ve ever had bad experience with a Starbucks location before this one. They were more worried about the orders in drive thru than inside even though there were quite a few before all the drive thru. Then I have never been questioned on my order when I say I want to add espresso shots telling me there?s already so many in the drink I want more? Well I?m ordering it with extra shots aren?t I? Then I order no whip and the girl put whip on and had to remove it which no biggie but it made it where my drink wasn?t full. We sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting for our drinks and mess up at least 10 drinks while we waited. Definitely won?t be back to this location."

"I really enjoy this place. All of the drinks and pastries I've had have been really good. I love their blended coffees because they use coffee instead of water in their ice cubes. So as it melts you still get that coffee flavor and not a watered down version. It really makes all the difference. They have fun things to buy in their shop. I just wish their place was a little bit easier to get to and wish they had a drive thru."
