"Awful, shocking experience here this evening. Arrived around 6:15pm and it took 45 minutes to get to the window. Asked to park up and waited another 45 minutes to be told my order had been lost. Scores of cars parked up waiting, who eventually either left or went in for a refund. I had the dog in the car and wasn't even in a space so couldn't go in for a card refund so sent the woman in for a cash one. That was bad enough, but made worse by Uber, Just Eat etc coming and going multiple times. One guy took 3 orders while I waited. I'll never go again. Disgusting service."

"That was my first visit since the change of management. I can recommend it very much. I eat regularly in tattu in some, which is probably the best Chinese restaurant in Britain. I can honestly say that the dim sum at Yu-Ma-Mi was better than tattus; really delicious, only improvement I could suggest would be a diving sauce for it, even if it was just soy sauce. for the pornstars, I had scallops, which was quite perfect, and they also get a decent part of the scallops. Something that is always a problem when I'm Chinese, I have rice or I have nudge. I am not a great lover of rice, so would normally decide for noodles. because there were three of us, we had both. the cocosnose was amazing, literally the best rice I've ever had. in any case will go again and look forward to the development of the restaurant. do you really want to bite with the dim sum and dinge like caramel soy beef that add the menu. also that drink options are extended, for example cocktails, mocktails, and more non-alcoholic options, such as mango juice or lychee juice."

"Terrible dining experience. Billed as Fine Dining it is more like Zizzi’s. Food was rushed, ridiculously rushed. We had starters 5 mins after ordering, then cleared and mains 10 mins later. No service at all. No wine pouring, no table clearing. Terrible. Staff also did not listen could not understand. Asked for a drinks menu for the bill. Worst dining experience in St Albans in years. Food was mediocre, wine list is rubbish."

"I had already taken twice from the berkhamsted restaurant and its amazing! the lunchtime is just £6 for a burger, pommes and a drink! I ordered and had to wait only 5 minutes before it was in the hands that I went back over the road to my cullet apartment! I can see that I would get very fat I would highly recommend!"

"Friendly service, cosy ambience, coffee was barely warm. After planning to sit insides and drink my coffee I was thrown out before I could finish it due to an event. This was not explained when I bought my drink nor was I offered a real mug rather than a paper cup. I hope the paper cups are recycled at least."
