"A convenient location in uptown waterloo with amazing staff! Dropped by for my Starbucks fix around 11am there was a bit of a line. The lady who took my order the gentleman who handed out my drink were super friendly. Another worker also gave each person waiting for their drinks a cookie I waited around 10mins for my tall caramel frap! Check out my IG page @kellychows for more! ?"

"A group of friends and I decided yo go here for a casual fun dinner out. The waiter we got was clearly not thrilled about being there and that showed in his service. He was slow to come to the table, but throughout the meal he never came by to ask us if we were enjoying our food. And when it came to the actual meal it was incredibly disappointing and actually quite bad. I ordered the soup for that day and it was so salty I could only eat half. There was not much substance to it, barely any vegetable in it at all. It was all just broth. The others at my table were also very dissatisfied with their meals and the two who decided to get a cocktail regretted it upon first sip. From what they said it wasn't a bad drink but definitely not worth the $10.50.Soon after the night we went to the Jane Bond for supper I discovered that the chef had left the month prior and there was no new chef... explains the crappy food but doesn't make up for poor service.Will never return and would discourage others from going. There are much better restaurants in the area for the same price range."

"The first time about a month ago. My Roastbeef sandwich really enjoyed. This time I had the same. I couldn't put my finger on it, but it was disappointing. Came home and checked the menu. It said the sandwich was on a roasted panini. This time I was on a cold, slightly dry bungalow. It was when I read the menu, I remembered how warm and gooey and yummy was the first sandwich. Think I'll wait till the terrace season and try something else on the menu."

"Staff member was rude when accusing me of unplugging a sign from an outlet. There were plenty of outlets, she could have simply asked me to move instead of being accusatory.As well, the brownies were stored in the back in the fridge, not in the showcase. They tasted strongly of freezer burn. The iced coffee was fine.This happened with the female staff member working on August 20th, 2023 at 5:15 PM."
