"About 30 of us were at Rays yesterday late afternoon for a family function from start to finish everything was amazing !!! We all ordered different meals l had the Beef Tenderloin simply amazing from what l saw we all cleaned off our plates from appetizers to salads to main courses kitchen was spot on preparing each meal Shows great team work !!can’t say enough about the wait staff excellence customer service right to the end big shout out to Kathy for going above and beyond to make this family function memorable after not being able to be all together for over 3 years .. we will all be back soon for sure !!"

"I enjoyed my visit to the Hockey General Store. It is incredibly popular with bikes and bikers out for a touring day. It is a great spot to stop for a quick bite and a coffee. The coffee is hot and the homemade goodies are...delicious. This was my second visit for breakfast before hiking in the Hockley Hills. The first visit was on a Sunday when they had the Eggs Benedict special. The eggs came hard and when we asked them to fix it they came back with a sunny-side up egg. They didn’t quite meet my standards with the food and didn’t seem to care that we were disappointed. I would have discounted the meal or even removed it from the bill. We had a table of 4 The second time I visited on a Saturday. Our group was rushed but the food was better. Perhaps my first visit was an off day. A positive for the Hockley General Store is you can bring in your dog and sit on a covered open-aired patio which is beautiful on a nice day. Even in a cooler day they have the wood stove going. Make sure you go through the store and check out all the jams, jellies and country wares. Don’t expect to get a bargain as it is a tourist place but enjoy it nonetheless. I will be back the next time I’m in the region and will be checking out the fall colours."

"It's always a nice place to stop after a ride. Service was a bit slow abs washrooms were out of service. I thought it was a bylaw if you had seats. Carrot cake and hot chocolate was yummy. Staff was friendly. Will definitely go again next spring."

"To say I love the Bake Shoppe is an understatement. I’ve been a long time customer since living in Toronto and visiting their location there far too often for the most amazing snacks now having left the city Bake Shoppe Bolton has been my go to.I can’t have a party without having them make the cake and the treats everyone that comes looks forward to them every time.The Bake Shoppe has never disappointed and has always exceeded my expectations (you show them a picture and they somehow make it better than the reference photo) the cakes not only look amazing but are hands down the best tasting cakes, nothing else compares.They are a dream to work with, very reasonably priced for the quality you get, quick to response and always happen to take on my orders (no matter how large or small they might be). I love this business so much and couldn’t recommend them more!"

"I took my six grandchildren for lunch thsn they couldn't resist the Italian ice cream they had a beautiful day, Mercato has everything you are looking for from the cheeses bread cold cuts chocolates pastries salads pizza and much more, I'm so glad that I live near this beautiful place were you can go alone for an expresso or with family for lunch.
