"I've been going to Timothys for more than three years, and the service and ambiance have gone downhill (more service). I ordered a couple of breakfast bagels the last couple of times, and they forgot to make it (It wasn't busy at all). Plus, the coffee is not the greatest for how much you are paying for it. They renovated the shop, but maybe they should have updated their systems so they can register the orders rather than relying on their memory. For a better/ alternative coffee shop, I recommend you go to Receiver or Kettle Black."

"I went to this restaurant right at opening and enjoyed the quiet, warm atmosphere that greeted me. The owner worked with me to find and customize a meal to meet several dietary restrictions. I ended up with a salad and roasted autumn vegetables that were filling and hit the spot. It was just what I needed, and would be a tasty option for anyone looking for a vegan sit-down restaurant in downtown Charlottetown."

"My husband and I ate brunch here and were so impressed, we returned for dinner. I enjoyed the haddock sautéed in tomato butter with carrot and zucchini pasta in a sauce that was incredible. My husband loved his short ribs and lobster. Desert was equally perfect!! Caramel creme brûlée with milk chocolate gelato and apple fritter. Don't miss this place when in Charlottetown Great job Chef!!!"

"Buying baked goods can be hit or miss, as they can look so good and still be so dry or tasteless. Well, this place is not just a hit, it's a drive home. I took a carrot cake to go home and it was the most humid, tasty cake I ever had. Very rare I am dissapointed with Buns n Things. They dragged their cakes over the street to a separate place, so if you want bread, candy etc., go to the original store and if you want a cake, make the trip over the way."

"Ate twice in our three days on PEI. Lots of variety of food, from Asian to Middle Eastern to some American style dishes. All vegetarian, and all options can be made vegan. Bread and clean space. Lots of variety, so easy to go back more than once!"
