"This review is long overdue! My husband and I had our wedding brunch reception here two years ago. Troy and his staff did an amazing job creating a delicious and filling buffet, with lots of our Blue Gill favorites. I highly recommend them for private events. We always have a great meal here, service is consistently pleasant, the restaurant is always clean we love Blue Gill!"

"Gainesville has a really good variety of food restaurants, likely because of the diversity of people around the University. Dragonfly has probably been our favorite restaurant in Gainesville for the past 10 years, until today. I know the head chef left, as last time I ate here was his last day in the kitchen. We shook hands and enjoyed a great meal. Today, there was actually a lot wrong with dining at Dragonfly. One of our favorite starters is the sautéed edamame, with the wiggly fish flakes on top. First batch came out extremely salty. after sending it back, the second comes out mostly burned. we order our favorites. There is the regular menu and then there is the hidden menu. ask for it, it has some off-menu good specials that were once on the menu but comes off. One of the favorites is the Eurotrance roll, from the off-menu list. Clearly who made it had never done this before, very messy. My Absolute fav is the Yellowtail Haku. Very, very tasty and on the regular menu. Alas, it never came. By the time I asked where it was, it had been forgotten. By now we're kinda done. Paid, left, had dessert elsewhere. Our favorite red wine was out of stock, edamame salty then burned, fav roll order forgotten, eurotrance a mess. Overall a BIG decline in quality. in 10 years we have not had a bad night at Dragonfly, until today. Degraded for sure."

"We're definitely food and we're lucky with this place... just happen as we go to this establishment before we inside 60 feet of the place this nice lady with knee high boots cried hi there as you 'all do tonight....Well this nice lady was actually our waitress but anyway what a place was excellent plus karaoke night had definitely talent... Serious!... Below ground place... we tried Badass Nachos and Supreme Pizza so we took most with us, but it was very impressive... Also let's try sampling applecake moonlight I think... I think our waitress was Allison..."

"This is our trip to the Indian restaurant in gainesville. eating is fantastic and so well prepared! it really feels like authentic homemade food. sometimes they can even see how they prepare their food freshly. the customer service is phenomenal and they are so polite and friendly! it seems like a family business and it makes my heart so happy to know that I am able to support it: * for anyone who can have a problem with the pricing of food, I consider it important to consider the amount of work and resources that go into preparing this food. the prices are 100% justified. to be honest, compared to any other Indian restaurant I have gone in the 20 some years of my life so far, mint indian cuisine has by far the best portions. you really get the money from delicious food."
