"If you like donair poutine, this is the right place to go. It’s a life changing experience. The meat comes in chunks (not shaved like other places), and the donair poutine is extra saucy! I always order the small one and usually I can’t go through everything because it is a big portion (see picture). I regret every time I get donair poutine somewhere else. Besides that, the employees are always very nice and polite."

"Staying at the attached Holiday Inn Express, I didn't want to go outside to catch some supper. Wandered down the hall to the Free Press Bistro which was very quiet. As a vegan, I was able to find a vegetable panini which was quite good. They had a nice wine selection and the prices were reasonable. Nothing fancy. Most impressive was their server who was bubbly, pleasant, and fast. Desserts looked good! I think this place would have a hard time competing with other more chi-chi bistros in that area, but it's fine."

"Went for friends 30th friend. eating was delicious, but our server was terrible. she just came around a few times and we sat for 20 minutes for her to reappear so we could get our bill. on Monday evening he was not busy."

"Great staff, friendly and quick service. The breakfast poutine is outstanding. The vegetable gravy they use wasn't something I thought I'd like but I was pleasantly surprised to find out how good it is. The poutine has a nice tang to it as well that gives it a bit of spice. Very good stuff."
