"Everything about our stay here was wonderful. We stayed in the holiday cottage, which was nice and spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious!! Super close to Bradford on Avon as well as Bath, but nestled in a quiet village. We will be back! "I know this facility for many years and this current manifestation is really the best. the transformation is significant and the pub has a traditional feeling, but with some contemporary style.and offers both options for them to choose depending on their mood. my party had a traditional experience and service and the food not disappointed. it seems to be a lot of personal and they are all well designed and customer focused. the food was good and the whole experience was excellent. I only wish this place was on the olive branch, as it would be perfect at this place in wimborne. I would recommend the old inn and would just add that the costs are aware of as it is a tad more expensive than most, but they will get good service and quality. oh and also the toilets are exemplary and we all know what clean toilets mean. so go to the car and visit the old inn. it is a beautiful place to enjoy decent eating."

"For Sunday dinner. beautiful to see that they had lammed on the menu. it was expensive, but it was worth it. Cauliflower cheese was lush my man said he could have eaten a whole teller of it. the workers were busy but pleasant and treated our daughter diet problems well. I hope you have time to enjoy the sun!"

"Always worth popping in to the Picnic Fayre when passing through Cley to see what freshly made cakes, pastries and savouries are on offer. Used to love the free tasters of the chutneys and sauces, hope they can return one day."

"Great menu, excellent choice to suit everyone, service was great and the food was lovely. There is lots of outdoor seating at the front and back and the church is at the back and pleasant to look at. The children loved the garden. Plenty of high chairs were available too. There isn’t a car park so you have to park on the road. There is a step to get in which wasn’t great for me as there were no hand rails but everyone else was fine! Price per person: £10–20"
