"What an amazing meal experience. I love when classics are cooked to perfection and quality ingredients are used. Don't ask me why but the complementary lemon sorbet we got at the end of our meal was heaven sent and probably my favourite memory of the entire meal. "ワイン製造元の自社商品説明会の夕食込のワインティスティングコースで利用しました。場所はハンターバレーの中心を東西に走るOakey Creek Road沿いに有ります。レストランホールからキッチンが見えるのも良い感じ。食事はコースを頂きましたカナッペから始まり、鴨と茄子の前菜、サーモンか牛肉料理のメイン、チョコレートムースかバニラパンナコッタのデザートを頂きました。優雅な時間を各種ワインと共に楽しんできました。"

"Thanks to Chris for a marvellous tasting experience! It was a busy Sunday on a long weekend but he went to great effort to accomodate myself, my husband, three children, and dog. He appreciated our palate preferences and adapted the tasting experience accordingly going the extra mile to also show us aged versions of wines we were tasting so we could appreciate how cellaring would enhance our wines over time. We bought a case, and would highly recommend Chris if you go to Hungerford Hill!"

"Delicious food and excellent service. I had the zucchini flower stuffed with seafood (delicious) followed by the lamb (spectacular!) and the toasted marshmallow dessert ( a little dry, but nice) Everyone present, and there were 14 of us, enjoyed their meals and we all look forward to returning one day."

"It is a lovely,room with attentive and skilled female wait staff. We both ordered the Seafood Trio entree which was excellent and beautifully presented. The flavours of the pickled cauliflower enhanced the seafood. A delightful introduction to the dining experience. For our main we both ordered the Tajima grain fed Wagyu rump with parsnip mash and baby spinach. On tasting this meal it was as though it had come from a different kitchen from the entree. Chalk cheese!. The steak was sitting atop a very large serving of an unattractive greyish/brown mush which was the parsnip mash. A small serving of baby spinach was also provided. This meal was served on a cold evening in the middle of winter and the plates came out cold. The meal rapidly lost heat, but it never had any flavour. The steak, though cooked to our liking, had no taste and the parsnip mash was also flavourless and perhaps a third of what they put on the plate would have been more presentable and adequate. There is no salt/pepper provided and so we asked the male kitchen hand for some. He returned with two enormous salt pepper grinders. I asked for some pepper and he enthusiastically ground away with his grinder covering everything on the plate. When I then asked for a bit of salt he looked at his grinder and said Sorry, that WAS the salt! . Not impressed that he had covered my entire meal with salt due to his incompetence. An extremely disappointing and expensive evening out for us. It promised so much with the excellent entree and then went rapidly downhill from there. Never to return.."

"The menu did not describe the dishes fully and was quite limited. Our starters were a disaster but the mains were tasty. We would have liked to be able to order some form of potato or greens with our steak. The ambience is terrible, but the staff very attentive. Overall a disappointing meal that was not value for money. We would not revisit."
