"I went to el pollo loco I asked for a 16 piece and they said they didn?t have it when it was on the menu.One of the workers asked me if I wanted a 12 and a 8 I said yes. She ended up giving me two of the 8 pieces.I told them I just wanted one of the 8 piece and the manager came and she was really mad when she returned my money she told me ?don?t do that again ? When it wasn?t my error....they should get a more respectful manager lol"

"Terrible customer service!! The service at drive Thru is sad. This employee was rude when she took my order and when I met her at the window. They definitely need more training on customer service. I called and complained to the manager and she couldn?t even understand the issue because there was an obvious language barrier!!! Don?t order from this place!! They don?t believe in providing good customer service. They don?t like their jobs and their miserableness affects their job quality."

"I love their chicken so much that it has caused problems in my marriage because I won 't eat my wife 's cooking any longer. My grandmother and mother have disowned me because I was over for family dinner and when they served me chicken I screamed, WHAT IS THIS RUBBISH??! THIS ISN 'T EL POLLO LOCO! HOW DID DAD AND GRANDPA STAY WITH YOU TWO AND YOUR DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR CHICKEN ALL THESE YEARS?? I then threw the entire meal on the floor to which my grandfather and father stood and applauded. The police were called, I was arrested and to this day they have an order of protection against me. That was some years ago and since then my father passed away and my grandfather has slipped into the cold clutches of Alzheimer 's. I wasn 't able to see my father before he passed nor have I seen my grandfather, but you know what? It was all worth it. Thank you El Pollo Loco for the delicious chicken and the wonderful solitary meals you have given me over the years. I love you."

"I don't know who the General Manager is at this location but I plan to find them T O D A Y. The service around dinner time is atrocious. I don't care that it's a fast food chain.. Someone is paying for food, that they could have chosen to spend elsewhere had they known about the hostility in service at this location. Workers are literally tossing food across counters at customers.. It would not surprise me on bit, there be an altercation here on day. Ridiculous service."

"Sure- update. I eat here most days due to convenience of location for my work. Every day after the ordering is complete- the cashier will say is that all? I say yes thank you that is all. And then I'm asked again if I would like to add chips or guac. (right after I have said no and that was all) it is asked again. Annoying. And then occasionally I'll get a do I want to upgrade my drink (again this is after I say no thanks to that) Then on occasion my salad will not have any silverware or my drink won't have a straw. If ever I ask for additional cheese the salad comes with no cheese. So pretty much as long as you order it how it comes with out asking to buy extra cheese the salad itself is pretty consistent. The number 1 thing is the ordering in drive thru- the cashier will straight be talking to someone else in the middle of trying to talk to them when it's my turn at the window (in an attempt to keep orders moving forward I get that much but when its my turn and I've waited it should be my turn) Once an order is done and the customer says nothin else- it would be a great idea to stop offering more things! It's SO SO ANNOYING. ask before the customer says nothing else. The cashier will literally say will that complete your order- then always I say yes. But then EVERY SINGLE TIME I get asked if I want to add more. When I agree that it is complete. Let it be completed! Thanks for asking. Add make the order additions more accurate. Same thing Double chicken avocado salad with a side of cotija and a vitamin water small. No I don't want chips and guac and especially after I've just said no thanks to anything else. No. No. No. no still means no!"

"I went into the restaurant yesterday for lunch and was really happy with the changes they have done to help reduce the spread of the virus. It’s nice to see El Pollo Loco in Vacaville taking action before any other restaurant in the area. Thank you for always taking great care of guest and the community. Food is always delicious and fresh. My favorite is the black bean bowl! Definitely a great spot in town or if you’re driving down I-80 towards SF from Sac."

"Staff at this site are simply AWSOME. They hear and are very helpful, they really go out their way to help and take excellent care of customers. I didn't have any problems with my orders, unlike other chicken restaurants, which would screw the orders almost every time. And the food is also ingenious, unlike the roasted chicken (heart burning and greasy messy coating) stores. The chicken is even good several days later without barn odor or taste. I would choose more stars, but there are only five."

"I always enjoy the original Original Pollo Bowl ,,except they never give more than 1 salsa for a Original Pollo Bowl . The tiny little cup of salsa they give you is filled not even half ways. When I ask for more salsa,they give me 1, I ask for more and they say 1 salsa per Original Pollo Bowl . I tell them I will pay for more,,they wont allow that. Other than that I still enjoy Polo Loco :"
