"Hopefully the Pitas are better. The Burger was ok. The fries made think of the frozen fries that you can buy and cook in the oven. Not a positive experience. Will not return for a burger and fry. Will try the Pita."

"We had the lettuce wraps, a green dragon roll and California roll to share (2 people for lunch). Lots of food!! Our waiter was awesome! He noticed my friend cleaning her shorts with water (some soya sauce splashed) and he immediately brought over club soda. He also heard me mention that I wanted the bill because it was my friends birthday and when our meal was done he brought us a dessert on the house!! Excellent service!!"

"Ordered a total of 6 meals for lunch and 2 orders were incorrect. Called to let them know, the person I spoke with said they would get the food over right away. 30 minutes passed, I called to check on the status and they were unable to tell me where the driver was. 15 minutes after that (so 45 minutes total) we received missing items, and they sent the wrong things again. At this point lunch was over so we had to "make do" but I called back to speak with a manager to advise them of the situation. I was put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up to call in again. When I finally spoke with the manager, they were unable to take accountability and did not offer a reasonable solution for the inconvenience caused.And yes, I did order from the Weber St. location...This is not the first issue I have had at Swiss Chalet when ordering on the phone or online. I am becoming increasingly skeptical of placing any sort of larger order with the company, which is unfortunate. From a customer support perspective, what would have helped here is some urgency to fix the issue. When ordering for a group, it's always difficult to get staggered or incorrect orders and puts a definite damper on the experience for the group. Also, more training appears to be needed for take-out coordinators."
