"Ok 5 stars for a chain rarely happens from me but I don't think I give Carrabba's enough credit. I have been an occasional customer for years. Through the past two years of the pandemic they stayed open. They continued bar service when almost every other chain quit. Their staff is friendly and efficient and the food is always consistent. I have never been disappointed and it has evolved to be one of my favorites."

"Worked here for a few months. Loved my bosses and coworkers. Usually served customers or worked in the back. Very clean and friendly place. Food is an A+ I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys themselves a burger and onion rings. One of the best fast food places out there."

"Food is very good. Tacos and homemade tortilla chips are fresh and tasty. We went on a Sunday night and service was poor. It was very busy. We were seated because we had reservations. People waiting outside. The busyness made service drop. Tables clean but seats not. Out of certain food items. Bathrooms messy. minutes to get tacos. So it made for a subpar experience. Took away from the good good. Prices are also good"

"Jamal is great. He’s the only great part about this place. He cannot possibly wait on 10 tables at a time AND train someone. We come for the salad bar in addition to ordering regular food. Cold food, horribly low stocked and dirty salad bar. We waited 40 minutes for our bill. No refills. Poor Jamal was trying to train some sweet girl but she just ended up trying to refill drinks for people. The manager was training some FOH staff but should have been attending to customers. Train them on your own time, not at the dinner hour. They need to be following someone to learn anyway. Then the tip machine said “18% of the bill is $7 and change.” And that was the lowest I could leave. Well, 18% of my bill which was $28 — is not $7. They forced me to leave a 25% tip. Which I would have done anyway but that is deceptive and wrong. Since Jamal wasn’t really to blame we obviously tipped him, but we definitely won’t come back. Shame, as this place had been a childhood favorite. This review came after a couple of these experiences here over the last few months but it’s not getting better. IF YOU NEED WORKERS, PAY THEM. Or is that why your tip amounts are lies? :"

"YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!. There food is GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT! (tony the tiger voice) i went there for the first time at the beginning of this week and had a #5 with cheese(steak cheeseburger) and i have gone back everyday since to try something different and honestly i enjoy everything on there menu!!!!!"
