"We had reservations for 4:45 on a busy night. We were very punctual-arrived on time. It took us over 20 minutes to be seated and we didn't get our beverages until 5:30. We knew what we wanted to order so there should have not been delays. Besides taking forever for the food, one of the kid's meals came 10 minutes after everyone else's. That is not acceptable. It seemed they were under staffed. We had to ask for our ice cream and bill at 6:30 because we had somewhere to be. The food... if you like bland food, you will love their pastas. I was not a fan. The bread and chicken piccata are recommended if you like flavor. What I liked.... our server was very nice and did work hard. It also has a nice atmosphere."

"We tried Eli's East on a whim about a month ago, and I'm so happy we did! We've been here three times since! Delicious food with a great variety of selections, friendly and attentive staff, and a nice atmosphere! Definitely a new family favorite! Can't waitto visit again!"

"The food was great. I had the six ounces. Sirloin (comes with a fatuccine alfredo Pasta part) and was pleasantly surprised. Very delicious. But I was hoping for a better service. I felt excited. I hadn't touched my duck, and the server told me how to pay for my meal, and she never asked me if my steak had been cooked to my order! Must have been a beginner. The next time I pay more in a better restaurant if I were to resemble something."

"This was one of my favorite restaurants and had been going there weekly since they opened. I was disgusted to hear that the Mall of America doubled their costs on their lease forcing them out of business. Given the size of the mall you would think there would be ample choices fir dining, but there aren’t. Crave has horrible service and Margaretaville is pretty blah"
