"I live close by. I go there all the time for the burger. I ask for it spicy, and they have a jalapeño mayo they put on, best burger in the city. Everything you eat is homemade. Fries are good as well."

"Pretty Good. Someone gave us $60 in Swiss Chalet coupons, so we decided to check it out. Our consensus? It was pretty good.<br/ <br/ When we came in it was very busy, but we only waited a minute for our table. We sat down and ordered an appetizer; chicken 'spring rolls. ' These are americanized interpretation spring rolls, and while they were nothing mindblowing, they were tasty.<br/ <br/ I had the half chicken dinner. I was impressed with the moistness and flavour of the chicken. It 's very good. The fries are nice and crispy. Can 't figure out the chalet sauce; it was kinda like gravy and kinda like cranberry sauce but it definitely had cinnamon and cilantro as well. It was also kinda like barbeque sauce, I suppose. it doesn 't taste like it looks. You 'd think it 'd be way stronger. I couldn 't understand it. The portions are pretty large so I took half of the chicken home.<br/ <br/ Someone else that I was eating with ordered ribs. I tried a bite and they were ok. St. Louis style as opposed to babyback. Not as tender but meatier. Whatever.<br/ <br/ Service was good, if not a tad slow, but it was an acceptable wait time considered the business.<br/ <br/ I wouldn 't hurry back to Swiss Chalet, but I would go there again if I am craving some rotisserie chicken."

"Walked in on February 9, 2020 later at night during their Appy Hour . The tables were dirty and instead of a server greeting us in a happy manner she didn 't bother wiping the table, put her coasters down and immediately asked us what we wanted and looked miserable. Ordered our drinks and she dropped them off, but didn 't bother to ask if we would like to order anything and left for 20 minutes until I had to get up and go to the bar to ask her to order. Unapologetic and rude asks us what we wanted and walks away. She didn 't check on us during our meals and my friend didn 't get the water she asked for in an empty lounge. Being a server from another restaurant, I 'm usually passive about a server 's attitude towards me but I never experienced it as bad as here. We thought about speaking to the manager at the end of our meal as it was getting ridiculous that someone was representing your FOH was acting like this, but the manager/supervisor seemed to be in the same mood. I 'm very sorry I have to leave a review like this, however, I am very disappointed that this is the service being provided here."

"I've tried a few things from here and have really liked a lot of their dishes! The green curry is one of my favourites, and they also have delicious pad Thai and all kinds of stir fried dishes that are delicious as well! The one thing I'm not a huge fan of is their papaya salad. It has a very strong fishy taste to it that just didn't sit well with my palate. Usually papaya salad is my favourite Thai salad, but their version might be a bit different than the one I've had. Other than that, everything else was delicious!"

"The space is not very attractive, the service was poor and the food was mediocre. I guess the casino is only focusing on gambling. What a shame. It used to be much better."

"My wife were going to a movie at the Northgate Cinema and decided to try Asia City. I have been to the Pembina location sometime ago.When we arrived there were only two other tables occupied. I went to the bathroom before ordering and found it could use a good cleaning. The soap dispenser was basically empty. I got a very small amount to wash my hands. When you walk in there is a large menu over the kitchen area. the cash register is against the wall separating the kitchen from the hall leading to the bathrooms. You place your order, pay and then receive a number to take with you to your table.My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and I ordered three vegetable spring roles and chicken Pad Thai. The total was $20.30 which I thought was a decent price.We were told we could sit anywhere and they would bring the food out.We sat in the atrium portion closest to McPhillips. The first chair my wife sat in had two sunken areas which was uncomfortable. She exchanged it with another.A young lady brought me my Pad Thai. A few minutes later she brought my wife's sandwich. There is a counter close to where we were sitting with plates, bowls, utensils, glasses and a water dispenser. It is self serve.The Pad Thai was hot (not spicy) and tasty. If there were peanuts in it they were ground pretty fine. The portion was a good size and there was plenty of chicken.My wife said her sandwich was fresh. The chicken was warm and the vegetables and bread were fresh. She said she would order it again.I was half way through my Pad Thai and no sign of my spring rolls. I informed the young lady I had ordered spring rolls and she assured me that they would be out shortly. A little different than most places where I have always received my spring rolls first. When they arrived they were very hot and accompanied by a dipping sauce. They too were tasty.It was quick which worked for making it to our movie on time.There were another four or five tables occupied when we left.Our only complaint was that it could use a good cleaning. As we walked out there was some food on the floor where people would walk. The entrance could also use a good cleaning."
