"We went here for dinner on a recommendation from some friends. The atmosphere was welcoming however our meal was so expensive, and the food wasn't that great. The menu is really boring and needs some improvement. Keep in mind where ever you go in Lake Louise will be expensive. I just expected that food would be fantastic and not average. You might as well go up to the Chateau where you will get better service and better food. It will be more expensive but worth it in the long run."

"I've been hesitant to try this restaurant because of the location and exterior, however we went on Saturday night. I think it definite could use a facelift, but the food was fantastic. The portion was big enough to have lunch for the next day. Entrees were served with dinner rolls. I'd definitely eat here again."

"First Time visitor, heard good things ... Anniversary may not have been the night to go.Service above average, Matty did a good job but the kitchen let us down. Both had Prime Rib, which was cooked perfectly and about average texture; but the REFRIGERATOR COLD yorkshire pudding was left uneaten, and we LOVE those things. Just a wee bit of thick au jus on top of the meat was a surprise, would have preferred the usual piping hot side dish for dipping. Great oven roast potatoes, but somewhat overly crunchy brussel sprouts combined with some larger softer ones indicated a mixed batch with leftovers. However the server made every effort to make things right, until after we told her we were too full for dessert she presented the bill with the comment that "Since it's your anniversary, we would have bought your dessert!" NOW you tell us. We'll give them another try, price / quality not too bad."
