"So first, here are the positives, the views from the top of the mountain are awesome.It does take quite some time to get to the top of the mountain. The tour allows 2 hours at the top of the mountain so deduct that from the total tour and now you can see the travel time. We spent 9 hours on trains and busses getting there. Once there, the place was mobbed with people to the point it was like Disney World crowds. The tour was nice but don't go on the tour with a guide, go on your own as the guides rushed us through the ice palace and the peak of the mountain. Hint, take some snacks with you or pay awful prices for water, food or anything else.Overall an awesome experience to see the beauty but man it's not the Americans that are rude. I could not believe other people that pushed, shoved and ran."

"Tres mauvaise expérience dans cet hotel, très cher (150 CHF)moquette viellotte un peu partout et malodorante, odeur de graillon dans la salle a manger, chambre datant des années 70 et bruyante le petit déjeuner est réduit a sa plus simple expression avec un café tiède, un petit pain décongelé et de la confiture industrielle en mini pots plastique.totalement impersonnel et donnant l'impression d'un dortoir. De toutes façons la visite de la JungFrau étant faites, ils ont tout le temps du touriste frais et donc se moquent éperdument de la qualité de l'accueil. A vous dégouter de la Suisse"

"My wife and I dropped by this place after going to First to grab something to eat. We ordered their salad with their very own special dressing. Price is reasonable and the serving was big. It's a good place to unwind and relax. It's very quiet and cozy."

"Having visited the restaurant on several occasions, we thought it had improved since first giving it a try. The food was ok, not that tasty and expensive for what we were ordering. We finished our mains at approx 7:45pm so a good turnaround. Many of...the other tables had already left however, our plates were not collected until 8:00pm. Here is when I asked to see the dessert menu. The waiter then asked me for the time...! On mentioning the time, I was then told by the young waiter that the kitchen closes at 8pm and he would have to check. By the time he returned with the dessert menu's, we had lost interest in staying any longer. Unlikely to return again, service needs a big improvement."

"We were on our way back from the Jungfrau on the train and were feeling a little parched when we stopped in Grindelwald. Now we could have sat down for a drink, alfresco, in places nearer the station, but we wanted to walk through town first. Then we came to Bebbis, which had outside tables under a massive granite cliff. Too good to refuse.The beer was good 'n' cold and the waiter in his black & white giraffe patch pants was pleasant.All in all, very nice."

"The room is very comfortable and the price performance is good. The staff is very nice. Unfortunately the WiFi doesn't reach into the room and the blankets on the double bed are a bit too short, otherwise great."
