"Let me start off by saying that the hype for these acai bowls are no joke! The acai bowls are fire . They were far different from the usual toppings and acai mix that we were accustomed to . All that can be said is that they were delicious.This place is busy so I can understand other yelpers being upset about the wait time. I too am one of those who waited 10 minutes before being helped. What was amazing was not even a hello we'll be right with you or a thank you for waiting what will you have. A little acknowledgement goes a long way in the customer service industry, hence the deduction of 1 star.Once helped the girls working behind the counter rocked it and whipped up our two bowls in no time and boy were they delicious.Chloe was amazing. Definitely a must visit if you're in the area for a tasty acai or pitaya bowl."

"Lovely food and fairly fast. Service is adequate but you're there for the food. Tea leaf salad was a hit as were the onion fritters. Fish curry was very light on curry but still worth ordering"

"Mexican food is pretty easy to do well. There is t much out here in south shore for a vegan so it was a pleasure to have Da Crack as an option. But alas they just aren’t as good as the reviews say. The guacamole: absolutely no salt and flat and tasteless! The bean and rice burrito: no beans!! The portions are large and the price for Poipu is low. Go here if you must, but don’t raise your hopes too high and it’ll be ok. :"

"Server was more interested in the cat roaming around than serving customers. She forgot my beer, and blamed the bar. Then, she forgot my salad, and blamed the kitchen (it never did show up), and then she got my order wrong. With so many great places to eat nearby, I’d skip this spot due to the okay food and terrible service."

".25 wings that are actually meaty, none of this “all batter” nonsense you get other places. The tacos were tiny but only 1 on Tuesdays and tasted terrific. Cool atmosphere and great service."

"We stayed for the first time in a Mexican restaurant and had to pay for the chips and salsa that were available as an appetizer for $8. Also was an additional fee of $3 for choosing the sauce for a wet burrito that I definitely do when Burrito was a little dry. Wife had chicken nachos and was good. Went during a slower time at 16:00 on Thursday. Good service and beautiful Kauai surroundings along a golf course with colorful mountains in the background. had rated three stars for food, but the service, attitude and margarita were on four stars."

"I like their new situation, directly opposite the beach. lines are long, so it is best to give them a warning that they will order a veggie dog. the garlic sauce is not vegan, but the relishs are! must get at least one puka dog when we come to kauai - they wish she had the hanalei location!"
