"Came here with a party of 10 our order for drinks was partly taken as obviously the waitress decided she couldn’t wait for everyone to decide,so came back with some of the drinks, then had to go back and get the others, placed our orders for food, when it arrived was missing my pizza a portion of dough balls and also another meal, told the waitress said Will sort it, 5 minutes later the other meal came no pizza or dough balls after another 10 minutes called someone over who later found out was the manager was told she would sort it straight away, 10 minutes later still nothing asked again was told probably been put at back of the queue now everyone else had finished it was over half an hour after everyone else had their food my pizza arrived uncooked I said please cook it more and box it as it was now too embarrassing to sit and eat while everyone waited during all this time no one asked if we wanted another drink or checked on us, we decided to leave with out having desserts not that we were asked, then asked several times for the bill which took several attempts to get we did get a discount eventually but no apology by the manager the staff and manager just didn’t appear to care, personally I don’t think they should be in the hospitality industry I wish I had read the reviews on here as obviously this is not an isolated incident"

"Great food great drinks and great service what more could you ask for. Called in last minute no problem quick service great choice of cocktails. Ordered fish and chips sausage and mash followed by Eton mess and chocolate brownie. Good portions and tasted great. Recommend the union road royale cocktail!"
