"I have been to this Panera Bread many times. For a first impression, the restaurant is not that bad. Once you are around this Panera more and more, you realize its flaws. The crew seems over-worked, therefore service and quality are impacted harshly. The atmosphere would seem a little more enjoyable if the location was better placed. It seems that a lot of people go into this Panera to hang out and it ruins the mood."

"Terrible customer service from the manager. I had a baby in the car. Ordered curb side. Waited over 10min for someone to bring order out. Never came. Walked in my order was just sitting on the counter. No coffee with it. I asked to speak to the manager for the wait and incomplete order. She told a staff to fix the coffee and walked off! How rude!"

"Great location and deceivingly large inside. The front door is in the corner of the shopping center and looks like it'll be a tiny Panera Bread. Other than the entrance and lobby this place is very large. For some reason, the ordering area is all crammed together so it get pretty congested during busy times. I usually use the app and order pickup and this location always gets the order correct and at the time requested."

"I visited this location on a Sunday so there were no workers in the chocolate making area for the store. However I was able to do a self guided tour using the QR codes around the store, so understandably so it was underwhelming. I'm sure its better when you can actually see the process in real time. I did though have the best frozen hot chocolate. It was just the right sweetness and had the purest smooth chocolate taste. My daughter had the hot chocolate which was also excellent."

"Sept 2021 Fall is here.. herb roasted sweet potato pie is amazing! Highly recommend.. will be back for pumpkin pie.. Love the thyme scone n picked up a new flavor this time sweet potato scone.. Fresh garlic and rosemary bread.. so good .. stop by after 12pm for the bread.. Aug 2021 Delicious scones, muffin and pies "
