"I went in to congratulate the staff on becoming union and order a coffee in support. I had been a patron of the competition for some time and thought it was time to come back to my favorite Starbucks. Then I met James? What a shocking personality to place in such a prime location. He should be a security guard at a dive or a bouncer at some back alley sleeze not serving productive members of society. I was in terror? by his get out attitude, and embarrassed in front of my clients. At first, I thought he kidding, but then noticed his large creepy eyes ?! I left so confused. Not the celebratory environment I thought to encounter at the first Union Starbucks in our region? His demeanor may be toxic for the location as a whole. I would get rid of him before the other staff incorporate his disposition. Till then, I’m going back to The Scented Leaf, where my clients and I are always treated courteously and welcomed. He should not greet customers like this anymore"

"Nice place to stop in and grab a coffee and food. I ordered the burrito and a sandwich with a coffee. I like my coffee hot and without mixings and it was nice to see it on tap for refills. The coffee was also good and not bitter like other places that over due it! They know how to make coffee. The food was also good, my order was wrong but I ate it as I had never tried the new fangled burrito flavor and it was acceptable. Staff was friendly and the service was fast. Recommend everyone give it a try if in the area."

"Good is really good, but there's only nobody working here, that's all in a hurry. it can be a person in the mind of them and it takes 5 minutes to get their order. the people are friendly, but only no feeling of urgency, so they don't think here is a smoothie when they are in a hurry."

"Great place to hang out or study that I return to frequently. Comfy chairs, lots of charger outlets, and outdoor seating options. Between on tap and what they will steep for you, there’s about 50 options for tea. The drinks aren’t cheap, but the first refill is only $1-2 depending on size and the second is free so I’m not really complaining. Two notes: 1. It gets PACKED, so go early while undergrads are still asleep if you want a quieter experience. However, the workers get through the lines efficiently so even if you can’t find seating, you won’t wait in line long. 2 My only really complaint is the music can be on the loud side depending on the day (maybe who is working? . If you want to study, maybe bring some earbuds."
