"I ordered a pastry and it came to me room temp. My emailed receipt said I ordered it “Not heated” when the cashier didn’t ask me if I wanted it heated or not. Wouldn’t you assume I’d like it warm/hot and not room temp ? Or ask me my preference ? The pastry was good but I don’t understand this service."

"I was waiting in line, but was not served by the staff. She served another later arriving customer that took the latest ham and cheese baguette. Then she was shouting at me what to order. Got a very good salami baguette. No Visa card. Asking...for money before I had a chance to order coffee. Starbucks saved my day."
