"1st time customer, and won't be returning. We stopped in for breakfast Sunday morning around 10am. Waited to be seated for about 5 minutes, and the host wiped our table right before we sat down. Points for cleaning the table, deduction for the table being soggy and pools of water since it wasn't dried.Took way too long for someone to come and ask us for drinks. When she arrived we asked if we could just order since we knew what we wanted, but the employee said she could only take drinks and we had to wait for someone else for food. We were over an hour waiting for 2 meals of bacon and eggs. Lot's of other people were waiting so long that they went into the kitchen looking for staff to ask about their order. When we got the food it was ok, decent portions but nothing special. We had to ask someone for our bill as no one stopped by to ask how it was or clear our plates. As other reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms were gross. overflowing garbage, 2 stalls with no toilet paper at all, overall dirty.Would highly recommend you wait in the lines for Stacked Pancake House next door, WAY better and worth the wait. Lesson learned."

"Went in to pick up poutine for my daughter and I and a burger for a friend and there were a few other customers there and they were joking around about the one lady and how many extra pickles she had asked for and essentially received on her teen burger lol...it's nice to see there are still such awesome and carefree, all around good people still on the earth so many have unfortunately become bitter... But this was an awesome day and the guy working behind the counter was really funny also joking around with all of us about different things. His warm smile and genuine attitude makes this a definite perfect go to fast food stop for me and it has been quite a while since I had such wonderful service so thank you to him wish I had got his name!!"

"This hidden treasure is worth a visit. Fine dining with a great view of the forks of the Thames. And afterwards browse the gallery. We took some friends visiting from Australia and they were quite impressed. Strangely not open on Saturday, but the Sunday brunch...is popular."

"Love the whole concept and as a long time knights fan you should do very well …… but also as a bar owner I will sum up my evening with our friends before the concert …. 1 , the young lady was fantastic and did her job to perfection ..so I will say the service up to the food was 10 out of 10 …. then when the food came and my wife NEVER COMPLAINS OR DOES SHE EVER SEND HER FOOD BACK … but her wrap and fries were hard and cold …. the manager although he addressed this issue and not charge her but bottom line is it painted a very bad taste for others in our foursome . think the other ladies pasta dish may have been a bit cold as well . For myself and as I mentioned I want you guys to succeed so it is only a suggestion ….. but your wings are quite small , not real hot , more crispy I had my sauce on the side but an order of 10 wings on the plate size you served them on really had the appearance that you forgot some of the food . Being an old sports guy I really love the atmosphere and layout but your survey results may tell you that survival is to react to positive criticism … I also had a reservation and after reading reviews I was also worried that it would be full and my reservation may not be honored …… easy fix … promote the bar as get here early for your event . "Stopped here earlier in the year for breakfast.Service seemed slow to take and get the order. Place was not packed at the time.This time stopped for a burger. I had a coupon and thought this would be fast and I could be on my way.Still slow at both , taking the order and making it.Met an old friend that came in behind me and it took a while for his to be received.Still have the best root beer around."
