"We 've stopped here twice in the last two weeks whilst completing the Cheshire ring on our canal boat. The Cotton Arms is a Gem of a pub, they provide a lovely family friendly atmosphere and fabulous home cooked 'stick to your ribs ' meals. Definitely save space for pudding too as they are superb, especially the crumble, the crème brulé and the bread and butter pudding. Thanks for making us so welcome. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again."

"Cheap as it has its own private parking (parking around the part of alderley edge can be hectic) decent menu that contains gluten free options. beautiful relaxed amotsphere. worth money could be better"

"Beautiful food! Visited for breakfast before a night away just outside of Crewe. The staff were extremely pleasant and the food, even better! COVID measures were effective and easy to follow too. Will definitely return."

"Thought it was a bit pricey but not ridiculous Food and service was good, delightful young lady took our order. Went to pay and was charged 12 pounds for the Panini which should have been 10. Was corrected very quickly! I’m not saying I was deliberately overcharged, but we were obvious tourists and was first visit, I really hope it was an honest mistake, but I guess I’ll never know as I’ll go back to the Dysart Arms instead"
