"The workers were really rude. I ordered my coffee and after I was given the wrong one, I was lectured by one of the workers on why I didn?t know what I was talking about (so much for the customers always right). Again when I was leaving, he tried to tell me what the difference was between coffees and spoke to me like I was stupid. It was really embarrassing to do in front of the whole store and I will not be going back. The food was good, but to add on to what happened, I"

"They have a store full of new people who Have no clue as to what they are doing or how to answer a question I bought a cup and I didn't see The one that I liked better there was a $5 price difference I asked if I could exchange the cups and I got what I don't know I would have to ask my manager I don't know just walk away this way horrible horrible customer service barba customer service the place is very busy they only have 1 register open The boss should not have left the store to the insane asylum"

"Absolutely THE best bakery for pastries. Most are made with a croissant based dough and filled with wonderful flavors, chocolate, pistachio, jalapeno. Every month different flavors are available and each visit I find myself craving more, More, MORE!The coffee is good, service and employees are excellent.My only complaint is that they are not open early enough for me. I like my coffee between 4 and 6am. They open at 8am Thurs through Sunday and close when they sell out, which from what I have seen is before 2pm."
