"This is my new sushi place in LB. The staff here was spectacular. We mentioned it was my daughters birthday and the waitress Sam was so kind and sweet and doted on her. We showed them my 11yos favorite sushi roll from our sushi spot back home and they figured which of their rolls was most similar. Our second waitress brought out ice cream with a candle and a birthday song and everyone in the restaurant clapped and sang. My daughter almost cried with surprise. The food was great. And the place has dedicated parking."

"The Pad See Ew with chicken was superb. Just a hint of spicy, but not overwhelming even for those with a mild palate. Also, the service was attentive, polite and assertive and sitting on the front patio was a pleasure. Will eat here again."

"Portland esque ambiance, complete with record shop next door. Love the woodsy interior, and outside eating area. We ate at the community table which takes the front window area and is center to everything. The menu is predominantly vegetarian, with only a few meat dishes. Vegan options are also front and center which makes this place an easy hit for herbivores. The tofu scramble is awesome. Will definitely be going back loved my breakfast, but I'll have to check out their happy hour!"

"The very idea of a mom and pop local Long Beach treasure! Cindy is always ready with a smile and a cup of hot fresh coffee! My faves are the BLT on wheat and an everything bagel with cream cheese and avocado. They carry everything from fresh hot breakfast sandwiches made to order, to specialty iced coffees and boba. I feel good to be able to support a local business who takes pride in their product and their service! 5 stars!!!"

"I've been on a mission to try as many different Mexican mochas as I can from various places. I decided to head out to Viento y Agua and visit this little coffee shop. It has a really nice coffeehouse vibe. Couches, loveseats, tables and chairs throughout the shop. I tried their version of the Mexican mocha and it wasn't overwhelming with flavor just the right mix. I got it with oat milk and prefer the flavor it gives the drink. I'll have to give their food a go next time."
