"As a tourist in an unknown town , I would always like to find bakeries like the 'Forno Casali '. It is In the city centre, just a little walk from the main touristic attraction (only 100 m from the Torre Guinigi , and it is a lovely but not a touristic shop. There you can find local people (and around 12 a.m. until 13 13.30 pm you can find A LOT of local people . It is a bakery, and obviously the main products are bread and 'focaccia ': but you find a so great variety of bread and focaccia that it is very difficult to choose. You can also get focaccia with slices of ham. salami or 'mortadella ' (try it! . On Saturday, in 'winter ' time, if you are lucky, you can find also a wonderful 'buccellato ' (the only buccellato I like ."
